You’ll directly shape how the world's leading insurers operate by helping to transform the policy, underwriting, and claims systems that millions of people rely on every day The Product Manager will own the product roadmap, release lifecycle, and market success of the Conversion Accelerator Toolkit, working closely with Offering Managers, Product Leaders, Delivery teams, customers, and account stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong insurance domain expertise, particularly within Life & Annuities, along with experience leading data migration initiatives in a SAFe® Agile environment. Key Responsibilities:   Product Leadership:   • Serve as the Product Manager for the Conversion Accelerator, owning the end-to-end release lifecycle.   • Strategize and manage the product roadmap, collaborating with Offering Managers, Product Leaders, and Delivery teams.   • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from   inception   to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.   • Champion the adoption of Product Management best practices to   optimize   product performance and innovation.   Team & Stakeholder Management:   • Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, and business analysts .   • Act as a liaison between account teams, project teams, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.   • Ensure effective cross-functional team management to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction.   Execution & Delivery:   • Drive release planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with   SAFe ® Agile practices.   • Ensure   timely   delivery of the product roadmap and alignment with strategic business   objectives .   Data & Innovation:   • Leverage data-driven decision-making to guide product direction and prioritization.   • Apply AI/ML literacy to support intelligent feature development and innovation.   • Lead experimentation and prototyping efforts to   validate   ideas and navigate uncertainty.   Insurance & Data Expertise:   • Bring deep experience in the Insurance industry , especially Life & Annuities .   • Lead data migration and data conversion projects with a focus on quality and compliance.   Required Qualifications:   • 4+   years of relevant experience in software engineering and product management.   • Proven experience in Insurance, data migration, and Agile delivery.   • Strong understanding of insurance .    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.   • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.   Nice to Have:   • Background in AI/ML applications in enterprise software.   • B ackgrou nd in   Actuary   /    Carrier   Knowl edge   /   R ates   a plus!   • Familiarity with Lean Business Cases and WSJF prioritization.     At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
