Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital. Please note this position is hourly and does not receive tips. Responsibilities: • Opening and closing procedures • Point of sale system to include cash handling and employee charging • Balance/close out money drawer after each shift • Make and serve drinks and food to order • Perform sanitation processes in work area and customer area • Engage in caring and professional communication Requirements: • Food industry and barista experience preferred • Comfortable with point of sale systems including credit card and cash handling  • Customer service driven Schedule: • As needed based on full-time Head Barista schedule • Variable hours between 7:30a-4p • Mon-Fri • Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs on the department Spencer Hospital offers competitive wages, affordable insurance, IPERS retirement, in-house education, paid time off, family gym membership and so much more!
