We offer a competitive starting salary of €110,500.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise.

As part of our Oracle Enterprise Technology & Performance team, you will lead the end-to-end pursuit cycle for Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM engagements with major Irish enterprise clients across private and public sectors. You will have the opportunity to support the  build and scale of Deloitte's Oracle Cloud practice in Ireland , establishing market presence, developing service capabilities, and creating a team culture that balances commercial excellence with delivery quality. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position: • Proven leadership in Enterprise Applications/Oracle implementation sales with a track record of closing deals valued at circa €5M+ across private and public sectors • Proven background in  both  enterprise implementation sales  and  consulting delivery, with hands-on experience leading or supporting complex transformation projects • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions and experience navigating complex procurement and stakeholder environments • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment (Big 4, systems integrator, or equivalent), with exposure to delivery methodologies, project management, and client success metrics • Understanding of professional services delivery models, resource planning, and project profitability" What type of work will I be doing? • Driving the full pursuit cycle for Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM opportunities, from opportunity identification to contract signature • Developing and executing strategic account plans with clear revenue targets and growth objectives • Overseeing the creation of compelling RFP responses and commercial proposals that differentiate Deloitte’s offerings • Directing and supporting client pitches and presentations to senior enterprise stakeholders and procurement teams • Managing complex negotiations and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations • Collaborating with delivery leadership to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction • Launching, overseeing and supporting the delivery of Oracle Cloud implementations, working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction • Helping to build and develop a consulting-led team that combines commercial acumen with deep technical and implementation expertise Who is the Hiring Manager?
