Associate, Provider Success

The Associate owns end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations, orchestrating efforts cross-functionally with multiple internal partners, while building strong relationships through effectiveness and trust.</p> <p>You will report into the Manager, Provider Success.</p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong>This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid</p> <p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong>The base pay for this role is: $87,188 - $114,434 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leads and cross collaborates on problem definition, acute error remediation, and root cause solution development</li> <li>Utilizes data to drive business decisions to impact cross-functional strategy</li> <li>Develops trusting relationships with relevant internal/external stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration and positive outcomes.</li> <li>Supports Oscar team members through knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> <li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare</li> <li>3+ years experience cooperatively developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>3+ years experience designing and improving workflows, including development of accompanying operating and technical procedures and tooling</li> <li>Experience managing complicated business challenges: developing understanding, distilling and communicating that understanding to technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Healthcare experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge management, training, or content development in operational settings</li> <li>2+ years experience using SQL to manipulate and analyze large data sets to solve business problems</li> <li>Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification</li> <li>Structured, systematic, and critical thinking</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communications</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At Oscar, being an Equal Opportunity Employer means more than upholding discrimination-free hiring practices.
