Summary Job Description: Seeking Registered Nurse WOW! Baptist Health Floyd, 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit Part-time (24 Hours Weekly), Days (7am-7pm) Weekend Only Work (WOW) Benefit Eligible   $$ Sign On Bonus Eligible for External Candidates Only $$   Job Duties: In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.   About the Unit: The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots' new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions.
