The Role
As Global Senior Product Manager for YORVIPATH , you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the global marketing strategy, driving successful launch and sustained growth across key markets.
You will report to the Global Marketing Lead for YORVIPATH, based in Princeton, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement global marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Lead the cross-functional Global Brand Team, including meeting preparation and facilitation.
• Collaborate with Global Market Research and Forecasting to generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Create and distribute global marketing materials tailored to local market needs and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Manage the global brand plan and coordinate strategic actions for local execution with Global Medical Affairs and Global HEOR.
• Drive global marketing campaigns, including digital content, disease awareness initiatives, and congress/event participation.
• Promote best-practice sharing and lead Local/Global functional exchanges.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
• Prepare business cases for key brand decisions and escalate as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in global and local marketing, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven success in managing product launches and driving brand growth internationally.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with modern marketing tools and technologies.

The estimated salary range for this position is $165 - $180k. Actual salary determination is dependent on a variety of factors some of which include: experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or an incentive compensation plan (eligibility varies based on role and position level), discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
