<div style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;"> <div style="margin-right: 0px; padding-right: 40px;"> <div> <div style="margin-right: 0px;"> <div style="border-style: none; padding: 0px 5px;"> <p>The <strong>Strategic Growth Executive</strong> will expand the company’s presence across health plans, payer organizations, pharmacy benefit organizations, and healthcare technology markets.</p> <p>Reporting to the Vice President, Growth, this is a senior individual contributor role responsible for developing executive relationships, working qualified opportunities, advancing strategic sales pursuits, and closing complex enterprise transactions. The Strategic Growth Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to payer and healthcare leaders, helping them address challenges across care management, utilization management, member administration, pharmacy, quality, compliance, complaints, appeals and grievances, interoperability, workflow automation, and artificial intelligence.</p> <p>The successful candidate will combine deep healthcare and payer expertise with strong enterprise sales experience and the ability to navigate complex buying environments. margin-bottom: 8pt;">Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position will require up to 30% travel&nbsp;to MHK locations (Tampa, FL &amp;
