Senior Technical Program Manager

Role Summary Drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of new technology programs in the areas of Open-RAN and Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN). Own and drive the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs in the new and uncharted territory of applying NBloT technology to non-terrestrial networks. Collaborate with the product groups for analyzing and implementing Innovative solutions such as Voice over NB-loT. Manage dependencies across all facets of the program and proactively plan for risk mitigation. Present to the executives internally as well as the customer teams on a regular interval and champion program governance process. Manage work items and dependencies with partners and third-party vendors while preserving company interests. Collaborate with business team, product management, and product engineering for definition of scope, estimation, and success criteria on a business proposal. Job Requirements Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a directly related field plus one (1) year of experience in RF engineering and optimization in a terrestrial mobile network. Experience must include:   One (1) year of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently): • Using Atlassian Jira tool to monitor the project life cycle and building dashboards to provide graphical view of the network health and readiness. • Vendor management for interoperability test planning and execution. • Customer delivery management skills for project lifecycle management design, HW procurement, installation, integration, optimization and handover to support. • Building complex inter-dependent project plans. • Vendor management for interoperability test planning and execution. • Application of Open-RAN architecture. • Voice over NB-loT architecture in a non-terrestrial network.   This position qualifies for the employee referral program.   To Apply: [enlace en el portal] : R0016641 #LI-DNI Accessibility Mavenir is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
