Receiving Clerk / MT - NEOB

Overview:   • Pick, deliver and maintain transactional data for multiple storage locations. • Drive and operate a box truck for delivery route on a near-daily basis, as well as additional trips as needed to meet operational demands. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.   Job Description Summary:   Inspects deliveries and completes receipt operations for incoming shipments of materials and verifies contents against purchase orders or invoices.   Job Description:   Essential Functions: • Unloads, verifies, and inspects incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness. • Records and reports delivery details and any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate parties. • Communicates with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any issues with shipments. • Stages deliveries in designated locations for delivery and putaway. • Upkeeps records and files of received goods, processes returned goods, and tracks packages internally. • Maintains all transporting vehicles used to move supplies throughout Hospital.
