Data you give us: name, email, WhatsApp/phone, city and country, professional area, visa goal and other profile fields; payment data is processed directly by Stripe (we never store card numbers).
Data collected automatically: access logs, pages visited and device/cookie identifiers, including ad-platform pixels (such as Meta) for campaign measurement.
To create and maintain your account; deliver the job portal; send access codes and service communications; commercial and support contact (including WhatsApp and email); improve the product; and measure ads. Legal bases: performance of contract, consent and legitimate interest, under applicable data protection laws (including Brazil's LGPD, where our operator is based).
Only with processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), email provider, CRM platform (contact management and communication) and ad platforms (campaign metrics). We do not sell your data.
You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, at any time, by emailing acesso@jornadagreencard.com. We respond within the legal deadlines. We honor the equivalent rights under the GDPR (European Union), the CCPA (California, U.S.) and Brazil's LGPD — the request channel is the same. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CCPA.
The data controller is Green Card Journey / Jornada Green Card. For any privacy or data-protection matter, the responsible contact is eliteofmiami@gmail.com (copying acesso@jornadagreencard.com if you prefer). Our servers and processors are located in the U.S.; by using the service, your data is transferred internationally under the safeguards of the providers listed above.
We use encryption in transit, row-level access control in the database and certified providers. We keep data while your account exists or as required by legal obligations.
We use essential cookies (sign-in/session) and, when you arrive from an ad, measurement cookies. You can block them in your browser — the essential ones are required for the portal to work.
