Green Card Journey is an educational information service: we organize public records of the U.S. government and job openings. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, we do not broker employment and we do not guarantee any visa, job or approval. Immigration decisions belong exclusively to U.S. authorities.
Access is personal and non-transferable, via a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email secure. Sharing access may lead to account suspension.
Plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars (US$) through Stripe, with automatic conversion by your card. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial: you are not charged during the trial, and billing starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime in My account → Manage subscription — access remains until the end of the period already paid. No lock-in, no penalty.
The heart of the portal is a proprietary database: we select, cross-check against official U.S. government records, classify, translate and organize hundreds of thousands of job openings and evidence records. That compilation — the selection, curation, badges, translations, summaries, structure and presentation — is the property of Green Card Journey / Jornada Green Card, protected by copyright law (in the U.S., 17 U.S.C. §103; in Brazil, Law 9.610/98, art. 7, XIII) and, where applicable, by sui generis database rights. The job postings themselves belong to the advertising companies — always validate the details in the original posting before applying. Our brand, name and visual identity are also protected and may not be used without written permission.
By subscribing, you receive a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferablelicense to browse the portal for your own benefit (searching jobs, applying, studying the market). This license transfers no rights over the database and ends with your subscription or account.

Violating section 6 is breach of contract and copyright infringement: it leads to immediate account suspension without refund and entitles us to seek removal of the material, damages (including profits obtained from the copy) and all other remedies available at law, in the U.S., Brazil or elsewhere. We keep technical access records, and the database contains tracing elements that allow copies to be identified.
We work with official sources and daily updates, but we do not control the advertising companies or government agencies. The service is provided “as is”; our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
