We are looking for a talented Facilities Technician who will be responsible for providing comprehensive facility maintenance, repair and services on building components and systems for offices, R&D laboratories, and a BMP manufacturing facility. Working COP - D shift (rotating nights). Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform effective monitoring of equipment performance. • Maintain and stay current with SOP requirements and compliance. • Perform repairs and maintenance on various facilities equipment systems, (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, High Purity Water, Wastewater, etc.) • Ensure timely completion of all p/m's and work orders in your area of responsibility. • Facilitating and coordinating services with outside vendors and contractors and ensure successful completion of tasks. • Respond to trouble calls quickly and safely to minimize downtime. • Support and assist with shutdown planning and execution. • Overtime required as needed, including holidays. • Must be able to work at various heights and limited crawl spaces. Required Education, Experience and Skills: • Technical trade training or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance related experience • Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and practices. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be successful in a fast-paced and changing environment. • Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and pract i ces • Must be able to interpret detailed plans, specifications, operating manuals , and other written materials associated with trade . • Mass State Grade 2 Wastewater Licens e must be obtained within one year of employment For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
