As Our RPT, You Will: • Transform Lives: Evaluate patients, design, implement, and progress individualized rehabilitation programs, including effective home exercises. • Ensure Excellence: Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of patient notes, certifications, and treatment instructions. • Educate & Empower: Clearly explain injuries, treatment goals, and ensure patient understanding and satisfaction with their care. • Innovate & Lead: Develop new programs, collaborate with physicians to foster referrals, and continuously seek ways to improve quality of care. • Grow & Develop: Supervise students, teach classes, and engage in public speaking opportunities. • Be a Team Player: Adapt to varying workloads, assist colleagues, and potentially manage the department or resolve team conflicts when needed. We offer many outpatient services, including physical therapy, radiology services, laboratory services, cardiac rehabilitation, and IV treatments. Since opening in 1952, CHI St. Alexius Health Garrison has been dedicated to serving the residents of Garrison and the surrounding rural communities. Garrison Memorial Hospital is equipped with 4 emergency rooms, on-site lab, radiology, CT and physical therapy services. Our patients have access to 24/7 emergency care, swing-bed program, and acute care services. Our professional and caring staff is dedicated to ensuring patients have compassionate and excellent care.
