description why you’ll want to work at greener are you an experienced machinist with 5-axis mill-turn experience? greener corporation is seeking a skilled senior cnc machinist to program, set up, and operate our mazak integrex mill-turn equipment. at greener, our machinists do more than run machines. they solve problems, improve processes, and produce high-quality precision components using advanced cnc technology. you’ll work in a modern, fully climate-controlled manufacturing facility where your experience, technical skills, and craftsmanship are valued. if you enjoy programming, machining complex parts, working with a talented team, and continuously improving processes, we'd like to meet you! what you'll do ·program, set up, and operate mazak integrex (mill-turn) machining centers. · develop machining processes directly from engineering drawings. · program using mazatrol and/or g-code. · select tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies. · machine precision components while maintaining tight tolerances. · troubleshoot machining, tooling, fixture, and programming issues. · improve cycle times, quality, and machine utilization. · inspect first-piece parts using precision measuring equipment. · work closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. · maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. requirements · 5+ years of cnc machining experience. · mazak integrex or comparable mill-turn experience strongly preferred. · mazatrol programming experience preferred. · blueprint and gd&t interpretation. · excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. · experience with precision measuring instruments.
