Job description

Corewell Health is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for this opportunity to external hires! About Lemmen Holton Cancer Center   We treat cancer using the latest technologies and treatments including gene sequencing of tumors, targeted therapy and advanced oncology surgery techniques. We use a team approach to care, bringing together different areas of expertise that specialize in any type of cancer.   Scope of work   Provides healthcare services, applying cross-sectional computed tomography (CT) imaging and all related duties to assist diagnosis or treatment. Performs CT procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by; or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Provides appropriate patient care and recognized patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. Acts as a role model for comprehensive care, addressing the physiological, and socio-cultural needs of patients and their families and acts as a resource to other radiology employees in managing complex issues. Assures equipment is present and accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift. Assists in and facilitates employee development. Qualifications • Required Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field • 2 years of relevant experience CT experience Required • CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required And • CRT-Computed Tomography (CT) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required How Corewell Health cares for you • Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
