Job Description Summary                 This position provides supports plant production by performing maintenance functions plant wide as assigned, while working under limited supervision. Job Description • Perform regular assigned checks   • Keep logs up to date   • Equipment repair,   overhaul   and troubleshooting   • Assist   with proper start-up and   shut-down   of plant equipment.   • Follow safety procedures for all work performed    • Properly set-up and adjust cutters, Lamb guns,   shakers   and conveyors   • Repair all drive components on plant equipment   • Troubleshoot, repair and rebuild the following: Blue Point Case packers, settler, gluers; Triangle package machines; Bosch packaging machines;   Dynapacks ; Palletizers: Stretch wrappers; Case sealers;   Isoflo   shakers; Ajax and Eccentric driven shakers; check weighers; belt conveyors; PLC’s; hydraulic pumps, cylinders and accessories; product   feedesrs   and scalers   • Install new equipment as directed   • Perform other duties as assigned   Basic & Preferred Qualifications Skills and Experience:    • Thorough knowledge of plant operations and mechanical systems and equipment   • Weld stainless steel and aluminum   • Knowledge of   solid state   electronics   Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing.
