Senior Manufacturing Engineer Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in   Hazelwood, MO   is seeking   a Senior Manufacturing Engineer , with   expertise   in airplane structures, production   readiness   and composite fabrication. We take pride in our dedication to quality, safety, and sustainability.     Position   Responsibilities:   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for   air vehicle structures with   c omposite   f abrication   p arts   • Ensure production readiness by   identifying   and mitigating risks,   optimizing   workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency   • Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring   timely   delivery of products to our customers   • Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives   • Participate   in design reviews and   provide   input on manufacturability and assembly considerations     This position is expected to be 100% onsite .    The selected candidate will   be required   to work   onsite   at one of the listed location options.     Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):   • This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
