description new hire class starting november 9, 2026 ! do you want to make a difference? do you enjoy helping others? then you belong on our team! *no cold calls **no sales **no collections - we are looking for kind compassionate people who enjoy helping others. our customer service representatives are working with patient's, doctor's offices and insurance companies to get vital medical supplies to the patient's in need. summary representatives will require the ability to multi-task and utilize multiple computer applications to access and enter data in member accounts. representatives will also be required to conduct themselves in a hipaa compliant and ethical manner. duties include but are not limited to: incoming calls, new account creation, and insurance verification. representatives will be required to communicate professionally with members, caregivers, guardians, medical professionals, and co-workers. essential functions: 1. handles incoming calls with members, caregivers, doctors, and other outside providers regarding members’ documentation and account needs. 2. thoroughly reviews patient accounts and records to ensure timely patient service. 4. communicates with team supports and management team for matters that require approval or escalation. 5. utilizes the customer service wiki to maintain a strong knowledge base of processes, procedures, insurance guidelines, products and company information. 6. make suggestions for process improvements full time - 40 hours per week. monday-friday 8:30am to 5 pm in our mishawaka office!
