Equipment Operator

What You'll Be Doing • Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance • Load, transport, and stockpile materials in accordance with production needs • Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations What Are We Looking For • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner • Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs • Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing • ⁠Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
