What You'll Be Doing • Operate a dozer safely and efficiently to manage stockpiles and maintain production flow • Push, level, and move aggregate materials to support plant and quarry operations • Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance needs • Maintain safe work areas and travel routes throughout the site • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support team success What Are We Looking For • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in a production environment • Strong commitment to safety, situational awareness, and compliance with procedures • Capability to perform routine equipment inspections and identify operational concerns • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment • Dependable work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
