Nurses may be required to work every other weekend based on unit needs and are expected to work 50% of holidays occurring during their contract period. What You'll Do • Step into critical moments, using your emergency nursing experience to assess patients, prioritize needs and deliver timely care. • Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond with the clinical judgment and confidence that come from working in emergency care. • Use your clinical expertise to partner with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate treatment and support patients through urgent and emergent situations. • Bring consistency and adaptability to your assignment, supporting East Cooper Medical Center and freestanding emergency departments as staffing needs change. • Be a steady presence for patients and families, delivering safe, compassionate care when they need it most. What We're Looking For • Required • Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina • 2+ years recent Emergency Room RN Experience • BLS, ACLS, and PALS required • NRP required Preferred • TNCC preferred Additional • Specialty certification and/or participation in professional nursing organizations encouraged Why Choose Novant Health?
