Job description

Axos Bank Target Range: $17.25/Hr - $21.00/Hr+ Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets. About This Job Supports Las Vegas office front desk and facilities operations while providing coordination and administrative support for Facilities activities across multiple office locations. Coordinates service requests, preventive maintenance schedules, vendor visits, facilities documentation, and work order tracking under the direction of Facilities Management. Serves as a point of contact for employees, vendors, contractors, and property management teams while helping ensure efficient day-to-day Facilities operations. Responsibilities: Las Vegas Front Desk & Facilities (50% of Time) • Greets and welcomes customers, vendors, and visitors; directs them to appropriate staff. • Answers incoming calls and assists with general inquiries. • Receives, sorts, distributes, and prepares incoming and outgoing mail and packages. • Maintains breakroom, conference room, and common area supplies. • Assists with furniture moves, workstation setups, and office organization efforts. • Creates and updates Facilities service requests and tracks completion. • Coordinates with local property management and vendors regarding routine maintenance needs. • Assists employees with Facilities-related requests and escalates issues as appropriate. Facilities Operations Coordination (50% of Time) • Coordinates service requests and work orders for assigned office locations. • Schedules preventive maintenance activities and maintains maintenance records. • Coordinates vendor visits, site access requirements, and service scheduling. • Tracks vendor service completion and obtains service documentation. • Reviews invoices for completeness and routes invoices for management approval. • Maintains vendor contacts, service agreements, and Facilities documentation. • Tracks open work orders and follows up on outstanding items. • Serves as a communication liaison between office locations, vendors, property managers, and • Assists with reporting, project documentation, and operational recordkeeping. • Escalates service issues, vendor concerns, and operational challenges to Facilities Management. • Provides exceptional customer service to employees, customers, vendors, and visitors. • Maintains accurate Facilities records and documentation. • Assists with process documentation and administrative projects. • Supports office moves, furniture installations, and workplace service initiatives. • Adapts to changing priorities and operational needs across multiple office locations. • Supports Facilities leadership with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • 1+ years of experience in Facilities, office administration, workplace services, customer service, or a related field.
