Account Executive

Bring Dodo to the practices that need it most. Own a full-cycle book of clinic groups, run the sales motion from first call to signed contract, and hand over launches that make customers for life. What you'll do You'll own your own pipeline end-to-end and work closely with the founders and our enterprise team on how Dodo sells. • Run the full sales cycle for mid-market clinic groups and independent practices, from outbound and inbound qualification through demo, pilot, and close • Build pipeline yourself through outbound, referrals, events, and partners, and keep it healthy week over week • Run demos that show practice owners and managers exactly what changes on day one: calls answered, appointments booked, staff freed up • Work with Care Engineering to scope each deployment so what you sell is what we launch • Keep every deal, note, and forecast current in the CRM so the team can see and learn from your pipeline • Feed what you hear from prospects back to product, marketing, and the founders • Help turn what works into the playbook the next account executives will run Who you are You close, you run a clean process, and you want to be early at a company that is growing fast. • 2+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or AI, ideally selling to owner-operators or multi-location businesses • Consistent track record against quota, with examples of deals you sourced yourself • Clear, concise communicator who can explain what an AI agent does to a practice manager and to a CFO • Comfortable going deep on product and the systems clinics run on, from practice management software to phone systems • Organized and disciplined about pipeline, follow-up, and forecasting • High agency, resourceful, and energized by building rather than inheriting a territory • Excited to work in person in San Francisco with a small, fast-moving team
