In this role, you'll handle complex diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and system optimization across commercial and industrial facilities. whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, and supporting equipment.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Keep accurate, timely documentation of all service work, repairs, and recommendations.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Communicate clearly with customers about system conditions, findings, and next steps.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Adhere to all safety requirements, EPA standards, and internal company policies.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body break-words pl-2">5 or more years of commercial HVAC experience</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with BAS/DDC controls platforms a plus.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong electrical troubleshooting capability across both low and high voltage systems.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable working independently with limited oversight.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Valid driver's license in good standing.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and
