Day Shift Mechanic Trainee

What You'll Be Doing • Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plant equipment and machinery • Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance • Support senior mechanics in daily operations and emergency repairs • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment What Are We Looking For • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
