A little about the position: Job Summary: As a Production Associate, you’ll train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of vinyl liners & covers production. Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks; to include working with machinery & small hand tools. Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components. What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) • Manufacturing experience a plus. • Sewing experience is a plus but not required. •  Must be able to communicate effectively with the ability to multitask while working with a team, as well as independently. • Capacity to work with one’s hands/small tools (coordination & dexterity). • Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull & lift 10 to 50 lbs. • Stand and/or sit for 8+ hour shifts. • Reliable mode of transportation. Some Important Information for you: Position Title: Production Specialist 1 – 3 rd Shift Employment Type: On-site Status: Full-time Salary Range:  $18.45 hourly PLUS $1 Shift Differential .   Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets.  Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
