Founded in 2017,</strong><strong>&nbsp;we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.</strong></p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Development Engineering Technician</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As a Development Engineering Technician at Redwood Materials, you will have the opportunity to make the world a better place by supporting a wide variety of analytical /metallurgical processes across the Company. </span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Under moderate supervision, a Development Engineering Technician will perform a variety of tasks, including building, monitoring, controlling, and optimizing chemical and metallurgical processes and unit operations in pilot, production, or laboratory environments. This role will aid engineers in starting up and testing new processes and equipment and performing experiments.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Desire to be hands-on monitoring and optimizing processes and equipment at the lab-, pilot-, and production-scale.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong ability to follow technical instructions &amp; standard operating procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Skilled in meticulous data collection and observation recording.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated basic knowledge of math, chemistry and/or computer skills appropriate to the assignment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability and interest in assembling and fabricating process equipment to support operations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with laboratory sample preparation and analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity of OSHA/MSHA rules and regulations and chemical hazards and industrial safety programs.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Capability to work in challenging conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes for extended periods in full PPE suits and head covers.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge and proper use of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, fitted masks, PAPR, Tyvek suit, safety shoes, and other personal protective equipment when necessary. </span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Physical ability to stand, lift, and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. </span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
