Sourcing operation is the key enabler for revenue and margin growth. In this role, you would be the key leader responsible for solving complex sourcing problems by collaborating&nbsp; with product, engineering, pricing, operation and sales to achieve hyper growth for the Xometry marketplace. This critical leadership role directly impacts marketplace growth as we revolutionize the $2 trillion custom manufacturing industry through our AI-powered platform. You will have responsibility for driving sourcing operation and process transformation, to support our mission to become the “Everything Store” for custom manufacturing.
