Physical requirements Frequent walking throughout the hospital, along with lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and prolonged standing. What We're Looking For Education: • High School Diploma or GED, required Experience: • Linen distribution or laundry production experience, preferred Required Skills & Abilities: • Strong communication and customer service skills • Comfortable working directly with clinical departments • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks during the shift • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 1,000 pounds • Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and stoop throughout the shift Preferred Skills: • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel) Why Choose Novant Health?
