Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Unit - Day Shift

Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) – 3B General Medical Unit   Day Shift Available (Hours: 7a-7p). Weekends and holidays are per department guidelines. Newark, DE Christiana Care Hospital in Newark, DE is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 3B General Medical Unit. Unit 3B is a 32-bed inpatient General Medical Unit with Telemetry, which provides scheduled and emergent care/procedures on a 24-hour basis. The unit is designed to accommodate 32 patients who need inpatient care to treat their diagnosis. The patient population cared for in this area includes adult and geriatric patients. The conditions of patients cared for in this area can be described as fair and serious. Education & Experience Requirements: • Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License. • BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire date. • RN must have at least one year experience in acute care hospital setting.   • BLS required. Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
