Clinical Consultant (Onsite)

Work Flexibility: Onsite As a Clinical Consultant, you are responsible for delivering ProClinical services in a defined US geographic region.  You will build collaborative relationships with customers and account managers to ensure product satisfaction, sustain improved outcomes and identify opportunities for product pull-through.   Primary work location: 101 Sivley Rd SW, Huntsville, AL 35801 What you will do: • Deliver ProClinical support in customer accounts with clinical theories, principles and concepts.  • Understand market strategy with in-depth knowledge of the market, customer dynamics and competitive offerings. • Support customer facing activities including voice of customer and customer centric design in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. • Propose insights and recommendations to enhance the delivery of ProClinical service offerings, ensuring improved outcomes for both the business and the customer • Analyze multiple data sources to develop multi-disciplinary action plans based on market insights • Provide feedback and assist in the development of new tools and ProClinical service offerings within the business unit and the division. What you need: Required: • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy if experience has been in a hospital environment) • Minimum 4 years of experience as a licensed clinician, preferably in Critical Care, general Medical/Surgical or Emergency care • RN licensure or other clinical related licensure required Preferred: • Certification in quality and/or project management • Experience in nursing leadership, Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or as a Clinical Educator      United States of America Pay Ranges: • USN : $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.      Travel Percentage: 30% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
