This position requires a current valid CDL A, a satisfactory MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), an up-to-date medical card, and the ability to perform manual labor.</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-day work week.</li> <li>Days off vary per week.</li> <li>Open Availability Required.</li> <li>Weekends/holidays required.</li> <li>Early morning start times (1 AM-3 AM).</li> <li>May be called on short notice to cover route emergencies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Route Relief Operators will be expected to learn and cover all routes including depot locations.</li> <li>Responsible for the safe operation of the Company vehicle while complying with all company, State and Federal DOT regulations.</li> <li>Must represent the Company in a courteous, ethical and professional manner.</li> <li>Deliver all products ordered in a timely manner and advise the Distribution Supervisor of any recommendations for improvements or problems needing attention daily.</li> <li>Must be able to work independently and as part of a team while supporting the Distribution Department.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Experience: </strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>Current, valid CDL A (1-3 years’ driving experience<em> </em>preferred).</li> <li>Reading &amp; writing proficiency (English language)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good communication skills.</li> <li>Multi-tasked Individual.</li> <li>Execute assigned duties with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Perform assigned duties satisfactorily and in a timely manner.</li> <li>Maintain a clean &amp; safe work environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Information/Physical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform manual labor tasks required by position.</li> <li>Required to sit, stand, push, pull, lift and walk.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.</p></div><div class="title">The pay range for this position is</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$1,763.82</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$1,959.82 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Ready to join us?
