As a Groundskeeper , and visually appealing – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Maintain outdoor areas: Ensure the hotel’s grounds – including lawns, driveways, pathways, patios, and verandas – are well-kept and inviting • Care for plants and landscaping: Mow lawns, remove sod and weeds, and plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass to enhance the property's appearance • Apply landscape treatments: Apply and document use of fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed • Keep equipment running smoothly: Perform maintenance and repairs on irrigation systems, lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
