This is a Hybrid (3 days a week, Santa Clara or Bellevue office) role, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, Platform Infrastructure in the Product Management department. This is an opportunity to own and scale the massive big data logging infrastructure powering the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange (including ZIA and ZPA) alongside 1st and 3rd-party integrations. This person will drive extreme scale processing over 800B transactions daily, cutting-edge cloud architecture, supporting the world’s largest security cloud, and next-gen AI-driven security operations (AgenticOps).</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do (Role Expectations)</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Scale Big Data Infrastructure: Lead and execute the roadmap for our platform, reliability and&nbsp; scalability, and customer-facing logging capabilities, supporting capacity and next-gen hardware planning</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive Log Streaming &amp; Ecosystem Integrations: Own log streaming products across form factors (cloud-to-cloud, on-prem, AWS/Azure/GCP) and top-tier SIEM integrations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Champion Data Privacy &amp;
