Line of Business: Aggregates Ready Mix Driver I About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You'll Be Doing • Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites. • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation. • Ensure accurate and timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service. • Maintain quality standards for concrete products during transport and delivery. • Follow all safety procedures, traffic regulations, and company policies. What Are We Looking For • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record. • Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence. • Ability to operate equipment and perform job-related tasks in a dynamic work environment. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Capability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture. Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
